The candidate will work with the Graphics or Video Hardware leads in delivering these cores to different MSM products. Description • Responsible for delivering fully verified multimedia cores • Will work with Systems architecture, HW design and Post Si validation teams for various milestones and deliverables • Will contribute towards defining and improving verification environments for Multimedia cores Skills/Experience • Must hold a Bachelor’s and/or a Master’s in Electrical Engineering • At least 3+ years experience in digital logic design and verification • Must have worked on at least one project with any of the following 1. HVL (Vera / SV) based verification environment with OVM or UVM 2. SystemC / C++ verification environment. Strength in OOP is a definite plus • Has worked on defining functional coverage models in HVL and taken to closure • Domain knowledge in video standards on H.264, MPEG4, VP6/VP8, or graphics domain on Open GL, DirectX standards is preferable • Experience with test bench development for emulation platforms like Mentor Veloce is a definite plus • Practices sound engineering practices in breaking down a problem into components and solving it • Should have good analytical ability, problem solving skills and be a self-starter • Work well within a matrix organization and able to influence and collaborate with team members Thanks & Regards, Sarathy • Assistant Manager • New Era India • Mobile 8951779458 Email:p.parthasarathy@neweraindia.com • Website:www.neweraindia.com"
