Post Resume -Get Paid by Employers at Resumark .com Subject: IQNavigator is looking for a Program Director of Partnered Operations! http://sj.tbe.taleo.net/SJ1/ats/careers/requisition.jsp?org=IQNAVIGATOR&cws=1&rid=286 Carrie Leerberg | IQNavigator Carrie Leerberg posted a job: IQNavigator is looking for a Program Director of Partnered Operations! http://sj.tbe.taleo.net/SJ1/ats/careers/requisition.jsp?org=IQNAVIGATOR&cws=1&rid=286 Carrie Leerberg | IQNavigator "Hiring a Program Director of Partnered Operations in Centennial, CO The Program Director of Partner Operations reports to the VP of Professional Services and has end-to-end accountability for service delivery to the assigned partner and the client(s) they manage. The partner(s) assigned to this role will be determined after the role is filled and may change over time, based on business need. This position is preferred to be in Denver but we are open to remote employees.   Key Areas of Responsibility:   ·         Partner Management o    Overall responsibility and accountability for satisfaction of assigned partner accounts, including the customers of those partners o    Ensure service levels are met and both partner and client satisfaction is maximized; achieve reference ability and preference for alliance with IQN o    Provide subject matter expertise and support to our strategic alliance partners including, but not limited to: QBR preparation, end-customer strategic planning, best practice outline/execution, and IQN system management (e.g. enhancement prioritization, roadmap previews) o    Directly engage Functional Analyst Manager to ensure appropriate prioritization, communication and issue management assigned to strategic alliance partners and their accounts o    Work closely with VP Optimization Services (OS) to benchmark and monitor progress as related to FA role in strategic partner alliance support o    Act as point of escalation for Functional Analyst Manager or strategic alliance partners in day to day operations o    Anticipate, respond to, and resolve operational challenges o    Develop trusted advisor relationships that enable our strategic alliance partners to maximize their value proposition to client   ·         IQNavigator infrastructure and framework o    Support VP Strategic Alliances with the definition of IQN standard practices for partner implementations and run/maintain support o    Develop gap analysis to compare current partner support to the new definition o    Define and execute on a transition plan to convert assigned partner(s) and their customer(s) to the new IQN standard for support o    Work with VP of OS to refine roles/responsibilities of the functional analyst role and ensure partner accounts have adequate coverage   ·         Business Development Support o    Proactively expand client relationships via higher/broader client stakeholder discussions to communicate the value of the VMS system and discover opportunities for expansion o    Create reference-ability within clients as possible o    Work with IQNavigator Sales organization to ensure alignment on up-sell and expansion initiatives with partners and their customers   Experience/Training:   At least 5 years experience in procurement, staffing, or outsourcing, (MSP/VMS preferred) Solid understanding of VMS technologies and value proposition Business related bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience A track record of exceptional client relationship management Experience analyzing data and developing executive level PowerPoint presentations Significant experience working with customer deliverables & deadlines Experience managing change within a cross functional, geographically disbursed organization Unique interpersonal skills that provide the ability to serve as a trusted advisor to a broad range of stakeholders Motivated by an entrepreneurial work environment while striving to realize the benefits of sound structure and process Systematic thinker with superior interpersonal skills who can initiate and de... http://bull.hn/l/ADUA/3"
