Experience in designing, implementing, operating and troubleshooting large IP-based Data/Voice networks (LAN/WAN/MAN) • Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience with BGP, EIGRP, OSPF and RIP, SNMP, Multicast, ACLs, NAT/PAT, VPN, IPSEC, GRE, L2TP, PPTP,VSS, STP, HSRP, MPLS and switching technologies. • Hands-on experience and Knowledge on following below Network products. Skills: • Routers/Switches: Cisco 1800, 2800, 3800, 3900, 7200/7500 series routers, ASR 1000 Series Platforms etc. Cisco 3560, 3750, 4948, 4500, 6500 series switches • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ability to clearly articulate complex issues • Team player with proven track record of successful project delivery • Motivated self starter Excellent attention to detail. • Responsible for handling technical escalations Provide technical assistance to other team members by way of assisting them in solving challenging technical problems, sharing technical knowledge and adhering to quality processes in ensuring team objectives are met. • Should be able to handle large Critical SLA clients & installations.
