THE POSITION As the successful candidate, you will be working for a well recognized consulting company specializing in managed services and systems integration. As the successful applicant, you will have the following responsibilities: •Working directly with the client to assist with Cisco implementation and roll out •Liaise with the client and stakeholders in ensuring that service delivery KPIs are met •Hands-on Cisco roll out in the Canberra Head Office and nationally WHAT DO WE WANT FROM YOU? To be successful in this role you will possess: 1.3-4 + years Cisco Engineer experience 2.Extensive experience in Cisco related support, implementations and roll outs 3.Cisco CNA or CCIE certifications 4.Nortel and Avaya experience (highly desirable) 5.Impeccable communication and presentation skills 6.ITIL experience 7.Ability to go the extra mile to deliver exceptional customer service 7.Federal Government experience, current Defence Secret or higher Federal Government clearance (Mandatory) 8.
