BS/BA degree     2. Minimum of three years sales engineering (pre-sales) experience; experience selling software products and services in the healthcare, benefits or Human Resources field     3. Excellent oral and written communication skills, including experience presenting to C-level audiences     4. Practical understanding of sales methodology applied in support of Enterprise class software     5. Previous experience working with products in a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment     6. Extensive experience in demonstrating software products to business and technical audiences to support sales to prospective and established customers     7. Previous experience selling Enterprise Payroll, HRIS or Benefits Software     8.
