"Seeking a talented Sales Executive to WIN business in the education space in Latin America! (U.S. based, Miami, FL are preferred) The days of carrying loads and loads of books to and from school will soon be a distant memory…Thanks to technology. The ability to read not only on your laptops or desktops but your tablets and other mobile devices will make it difficult to convince the teacher/professor you misplaced your school books to give you the extra day you wanted to complete your homework. Working with innovative companies that believe technology and education should partner efficiently is a great roadmap to success in sales in the education space. We are working with an outstanding company that believes technology should make it easier to gain access to learning materials and help students learn and grow with the ease of a mobile device. In this role, you will be responsible for selling to customers and consortia throughout Latin America. You will also be responsible for sales growth for overall sales in this territory. This position will require strong consultative sales skills, exceptional relationship development and management skills and unconditional commitment to customer service. You will be asked to perform on many levels including the ability to achieve an expert level of knowledge of the products, consummate sales professional and undying customer advocate. This position will require extensive travel throughout Latin America. Ideal locations would be Miami or Houston, but will consider any qualified U.S. based candidate.
