Geographies Covered: CA Base Cities:  Kansas City, Salt Lake, Chicago, Dallas No. Openings: 1 Relocation: NO - Must live in the territory Total Comp at Plan:  $90 - $130k Base Salary: $65k - $95k Auto Allowance: No Travel%: 10% Job Description:     1.  As part of our US Sales team, you will be selling to project owners and influencers alike.     2.  You will execute on the account plan to deliver maximum revenue potential.     3.  Manage complete and complex sales-cycles presenting the value of their project collaboration software.     4.  Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement.     5.  Evangelize their vision through product demonstrations, in-market events, and account specific initiatives      Experience Required:     1. BS/BA degree     2. Minimum of three years sales engineering (pre-sales) experience; experience selling software products and services in the healthcare, benefits or Human Resources field     3. Excellent oral and written communication skills, including experience presenting to C-level audiences     4. Practical understanding of sales methodology applied in support of Enterprise class software     5. Previous experience working with products in a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment     6. Extensive experience in demonstrating software products to business and technical audiences to support sales to prospective and established customers     7. Previous experience selling Enterprise Payroll, HRIS or Benefits Software     8.
