"JOB COUNTRY: Brno – Czech Republic Our partner which became the world leader in providing the high quality infrastructure management services and covering the entire EMEA region seeks Middleware resources to our team to support the customers. As an IT Specialist you will support and troubleshooting creating solutions, implementation and systems integration. The IT Specialist is proficient in a specialty and is capable of working with requirements, design, implementation and production projects and engagements. This includes working as a team member with client personnel to identify functional requirements and subsequently working with or in some instances leading others in the identification, justification and design of the client's solution. The IT Specialist delivers high quality solutions to clients in response to varying business requirements. He utilizes product, technology, industry and business skills. The IT Specialist often uses tools to manage, analyze, design and implement. The IT Specialist has an in-depth understanding of products, offerings and services within their specialty. Technical Requirements: Technical experience with at least one of the following product groups: Ability to design, develop, build, test and implement Middlware products such as IBM WebSphere Application, Portal Server and MQ on Unix and Windows platforms Familiar with WebSphere Family Products: WebSphere Application and Portal Server, MQ, WCC, IIS, etc Apache: http server, Tomcat BEA Weblogix, Jboss Microsoft IIS and MS SharePoint Other Requirements: Strong teamwork skills Excellent written and oral English communication skills Strong Problems Solving skills Accent on Productivity Responsibility, flexibility and self-motivation Required Experience: Bachelor's Degree in IT or solid educational degree from Engineering or Software development background Good written and spoken English is a mandatory, German and French would be an asset Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT industry specifically in software services area At least 1 year experience in Windows At least 1 year experience in Websphere Fluent English For more information, please visit our website – www.natek.eu or www.natek.pl Interested?
