Post Resume -Get Paid by Employers at Resumark .com Subject: Title: Master Scheduler Location: Milwaukee IL Duration: Full Time Mehboob Meherali posted a job: Title: Master Scheduler Location: Milwaukee IL Duration: Full Time "Job Description • Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years related experience to include demonstrated proficiency in scheduling in Microsoft Excel. • The Master Scheduler will be responsible for maintaining a comprehensive yet large, complex schedule for a Windows 7 Deployment of approximately 87,000 computers. • Work with PMO, Business Units and other team members to analyze schedule requirements and dependencies and incorporate into the master schedule. • Work closely with the on-site Project Manager to ensure on-time, orderly and phased approach migrations. • Look ahead to ensure readiness to progress forward. • Independently supports overall planning & scheduling, analysis and reporting efforts for the project. • Exports and imports data within MS Excel. • Responsible for understanding the complete scope, schedule objectives. • Independently supports accurate schedules, resource, quantities, progress, and performance reporting. • Independently monitors critical and near critical path work and identifies issues for migrations. • Proactively assesses progress, completion forecasts and provides solutions to mitigate schedule delays or to ensure project completion. • Must have the ability to organize, prioritize and meet deadlines be accurate, concise and detail-oriented. • Very good intermediate user of MS Excel is required. • Willing to put in extra effort and hours as needed. • Strong technical aptitude. • Team attitude: cooperate with others with interpersonal communication skills. • Exceptionally high level of commitment to the success of individuals and overall projects. • Ability to change direction and handle multiple responsibilities and tasks on a regular basis.
