Responsibilities: - Creating the information architecture for marketing, informational, and transactional websites - Understanding target audiences' needs, tasks, and goals and translating them into creative concepts and functional components - Supporting the team in translating business requirements into involving interactive experiences - Planning, facilitating and documenting immersive, concept testing - Developing user personas and scenarios to clarify results of user research and focus the team’s design efforts on the needs of key users - Collaboratively developing prototypes for demonstration of concepts to clients - Working alongside visual designers to develop user journeys that motivate users to engage fully with the interactive concept - Developing and documenting detailed user experience specifications for highly interactive interfaces Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree in related field - 3+ years relevant experience - Superior technical writing, verbal and written communication skills. - Self-directed individual who is able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent time management skills. - Extreme proficiency in analyzing/documenting user business requirements for a technical audience, including Storyboards, Use Cases, UML Diagrams, Requirement Definitions and Functional Specifications. - Proven technical aptitude that allows for translation technical concepts in to non-technical concepts, and vice-versa for both internal and external customers. - Strong understanding of QA methodologies and verification and validation processes. - Business Analyst experience with retail solutions, hosted technologies, web solutions, MS SQL Server a plus.
