Job Description  The Marketing Specialist is responsible to create and manage a variety of communications and programs that effectively describe and promote the organization and our products including the creation and/or management of graphics, brochures, company and/or product fact sheets, logos, or other promotional products. He/she will be responsible to research and develop programs and content for product promotions, press releases, and product publications, such as product catalogs and sales sheets. The individual should have an understanding of B2B marketing and communication, as well as development of customer centric materials and programs for our network of dealerships. Collaboration with Sales, Finance, Product Marketing, Purchasing, and Pricing is required to achieve and meet sales and marketing goals and objectives.   RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities can include presentation preparation, event planning and organization, representing AGCO Parts at national, regional and local shows and clinics. Supporting and providing consult to field sales organization for dealer advertising and management of co-op funds. Experience with social media, content management of websites, and knowledge of propriety online systems to develop and manage customization of dealership materials and information.  Self-starter with the ability to analyze program successes/failures, make recommendations to nurture the growth of AGCO Parts brand. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Excellent written and oral communications skills essential, (Canadian French an asset). Ability to create, write and/or edit communications for internal publications (customer service, sales, field sales) external publications (press releases, consumer literature, radio spots, advertising) Manage vendor relationships (design firms, agencies, printers, website development, etc) for creation of customer and dealer centric promotional materials and information. Participate and support dealership retail initiatives, assist in development of standards and guidelines and promote consistency to help build brand at the retail level Demonstration of strong project management and organization skills.
