Health-Assure Staffing & Recruiting pays out more than $43,000 each year to people who refer candidates and clients. Over the years, we've found that our very best source of quality candidates and respected clients is through referrals. So we created the Health-Assure Staffing & Recruiting Talent Scout Program and our Client Referral Program. It's our hope that these programs will encourage more referrals and show our appreciation to our friends for referring their friends! Candidate Referral Talent Scout Program When a friend you refer completes their first 200 hours on a client's payroll, or accepts a career position with one of our clients, you automatically receive a Talent Scout Bonus of $150-$1,500 depending on the type of position your friend accepts. Talent Scout Program Terms Talent Scout Bonuses are paid only for referrals who are not already in Health-Assure Staffing & Recruiting applicant database. If the person referred has already applied for a position with any Health-Assure Staffing & Recruiting practice or office, they are not eligible for this program. Talent Scout Bonuses are paid only for qualified referrals who actually register with Health-Assure Staffing & Recruiting , meet our hiring criteria, accept an assignment or position, and fulfill the terms of that assignment or position. Only one bonus paid per person referred. Health-Assure Staffing & Recruiting does not guarantee employment to any individual, and reserves the right to change these program rules at any time. Client Referral Program If you know of a company that could benefit from our services please send them our way! If we place a candidate in a full-time career position at a company you refer to us, we will pay you $500-$1,500 depending on the position filled. If we place a candidate in a temporary position and they complete 2 full work weeks (80 hours), we will pay you $200-$300. Client Referral Program Terms The $500-$1500 referral bonus will be awarded under the following terms: the referral must include the name of the individual who is responsible for hiring and must be a new contact for Health-Assure Staffing & Recruiting. In the event that we make a full-time career placement that generates a payment fee, we will pay you $500-$1500 after our candidate has completed 90 days of employment. The $200-$300 referral bonus will be awarded under the following terms: the referral must include the name of the individual who is responsible for hiring and must be a new contact for Health-Assure Staffing & Recruiting. We will pay you $200-$300 after our candidate has completed 320 hours (approximately 40 working days) of employment.  Contact Jason D.
