On behalf of our client we are looking for an Inventory Control Manager Field of Activity: Automobile and Construction Equipment Spare Parts Our client is an exclusive dealer of Mack, Volvo, Astec – company works in the field of heavy duty trucks, road construction and off- road machinery. Company is located in EuroAsia, the region is a hugely successful oil producing area, a significant player on the world stage and with immense potential for further growth. Salary range: 3,000-4,000$ net per month Accommodation provided Requirements: 5+ yrs plus of relevant experience with 3 years as Inventory Control Manager with the spare parts Advanced in English, Russian General duties: ∙ Preparation of action plan for warehouse staff in terms of stock receiving ∙ Input invoices, new product description/barcodes into the system ∙ Control over the all handling processes (counting, labeling, tagging) ∙ Control of Stock taking process ∙ Administration of inventory management software ∙ Inventory analysis ∙ Run a series of inventory reports on daily, weekly, or monthly basis ∙ Develop accurate, consistent and enhancements to the inventory reporting structure ∙ Manage the transfer of inventory between the various locations. ∙ Manage the warehouse team ∙ Monitor operations and provide suggestions to improve efficiency of warehouse activity ∙ Preparation of SOPs for warehouse ∙ Forecast future stock needs based on the company’s replenishment policy ∙ Shrinkage control, protecting the inventory from damage, loss and theft ∙ Manage the RTV (Return to Vendor) process (item documentation - tracking, adjusting / destroying) ∙ Advise the staff about how to maintain proper inventory controls ∙ Maintain an adequate but tight stock of inventory items ∙ Review inventory by categories on a rotating basis so that all are reviewed a minimum of twice yearly ∙ Take an end-of-the-year inventory between December 1 and 25 each year For confidential applying the position please send your CV to info@drvarenikova.com or to Elena.Varenikova@yahoo.com"
