Head of Operations Job Description: • Manage and lead across company processes. • Provide the different divisions managers with guidance and assistance. • Develop, review, and report the operations division’s strategy, ensuring the strategic objectives are executed by all managers according to the departments’ targets. • Analyze the performance of the departments within the divisions. • Define departments’ targets in terms of operational measurements: conversion, solved declines, retention, agent communications. • Define the department targets in terms of profit measurements: deposits, net loss, rake and fee, side game income. • Review department policies and work plans to ensure constant improvement. • Provide vision and creative ideas for Internal Marketing. • Provide a communication channel between other departments within the company. • Provide an essential communication channel between the various offices. • Ensure that the support agents in other offices follow the working procedures. • Defining the distribution of work between all offices. • Contribute to the development and refinement of company vision and strategy. • Support the overall process of management and corporate decision-making to ensure the organization maximizes its short, medium and long-term profitability and returns. • Liaise with other executive heads on the implementation of the company’s strategic and operational plans. • Ensure that the operations functions of the company are run effectively and efficiently so that each operational division performs in terms with their strategic plan, developmental plan and operational plan objectives. • Maintain the administration, budgeting, monitoring, reporting, communication and liaison on all company affairs at a level acceptable to the board. • Build and lead an effective and cohesive management team in consultation with HR. • Implement effective succession planning, people management, development, recruitment, and retention strategies for each of the divisions. Requirements: • 3-5 years experience in managing large groups in the industry of online marketing. • Experience as an operations/resource manager- at least 5 years- mandatory. • Experience in a global company- significant advantage. • Excellent communication skills -both verbal and written. • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style. • Excellent and flexible, planning, executing and overseeing managerial capabilities. • High comfort level working in a dynamic ever changing environment. • Strong organizational skills. • Ability to coordinate with all other departments in the company. • Fluent English and German- a must- other languages an advantage Please send resume to"
