Services may include: product installation and implementation, enhancement, integration, or audit to meet customer business requirements Perform information systems needs assessment, information gathering and recommend appropriate business systems and IT infrastructure for MicroStrategy customers Perform data modeling, application development, technical product assistance and tuning to meet customer performance and functional requirements Specify business systems (inputs, outputs, data, human and automated interfaces) to meet information processing objectives for Micro Strategy's software platform. Ability to handle End to End MSTR platform(set up, administer, develop and support) Contribute to knowledge capital via project documentation and best practice solutions Lead and Mentor off shore team Participate in sales activities, when appropriate Maintain and grow knowledge of BI functionality and technical skills Understanding of core Business Intelligence (BI)/data warehousing technology: RDBMS such as SQL Server, Oracle, Web, Client/ Server, and OLAP Excellent skills on End to End Micro Strategy platform (set up, administer, develop and support). Good knowledge of latest technical trends on Micro Strategy and good experience on latest versions of Micro Strategy Desirable technical/behavioral skills Industry specific certifications Experience in handling globally distributed delivery teams Application knowledge of the following industries: Manufacturing.
