CA Our client is the largest private early childhood education (ECE) provider in the US, and plays a critical role in preparing our youngest children for school and a lifelong love of learning. They offer early childhood education and care through approximately 1,700 community-based centers and employer partnerships; and primary and middle school supplemental educational solutions including before- and after-school academic enrichment programs and summer camps through more than 400 sites nationwide.  They provide a network of more than 3,700 locations worldwide, employing over 40,000 education professionals, and reaching over 300,000 students daily. They are in search of 5 Account Executives to call on large Corporate HR Departments and Healthcare facilities to promote the development of Employer Partnership Learning Centers at the employer facility.  YOU MUST have experience calling on Large Corporate HR Department selling some type of service. Locations: New York or Boston, Atlanta or anywhere in FL, Texas, Chicago, Northern CA (Bay Area) Relocation:  NO Base Salary:  $100,000.00 OTE:  $200,000.00 Key Responsibilities * Achieve pre-defined target sales goals with corporations willing to subsidize learning programs with a special emphasis on large clients by improving overall visibility and perception of Corporate Solutions business. * Generate new business by prospecting new accounts (lead generation, cold calling, and networking); proactively identifying potential sales opportunities. * Negotiate strategic agreements with key business executives of potential customers (i.e., CFO, VP of HR/Benefits, VP of Admin. etc) with assistance from the Legal Department. * Use Company data and past experience to develop effective strategies and business/action plans for strategic accounts. * Develop and implement internal marketing campaigns with corporate customers to effectively market the benefits of the their solutions to their clients’ employees. Must have the ability to demonstrate creativity and resourcefulness in finding ways to promote their products and services to accounts. * Prepare and deliver sales presentations to customers in a professional and effective manner. Key Skills *  BA/BS Degree or equivalent. 7 + years experience in B2B sales, focused on the Corporate HR environment. *  Strong face-to-face consultative selling skills, with an emphasis on the ability to influence decisions and connect the client's solutions to customer needs. *  Ability to make strategic decisions on the appropriate programs and business deals for each customer. *  Ability to manage schedule and to assess customer needs on an independent basis. *  Experience in outbound prospecting and direct sales - both via phone and in person. *  Consistent record of exceeding sales targets. *  Strong track record of business development with new clients – proven experience developing partnerships with clients.
