"Overall Purpose of Job: Technical and Functional lead with hands-on experience with Oracle Revelous and OFSAA/OFSAAI products for Risk modules: Stress Testing, RWA and Basil II modules to design, develop, implement and support business requirements for the Credit Risk initiative. Must have Data analysis and thorough understanding of a variety of financial products such as commercial lending, collateralized obligations, derivatives, securitization and fixed income. Experience in SDLC waterfall and agile methodologies, developing business and functional requirements. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with business and technology teams. Instruct staff of assignments and coordinating staff tasks, advice management of team activities and progress of projects. Act as primary communication channel with the business areas and provide support to Data Warehouse users to ensure their needs are being met. Provide Support for design and development activities for Credit Risk tools Analyze Business Requirements, provide specifications, design logical data models and systems functions and present to business/stake holders per ePLC standards Lead design and presentations of product coverage to business areas supported and interact with technical and business groups Provide Production and Administrative Support as required and mentor staff. Support Data Warehouse initiatives and OBIEE development as required Experience/Abilities: (Detail years of work experience required and any specific skills, special aptitudes or knowledge) -5+ Years of Experience with design and development with Oracle OFSAA/AAI 11g modules for Stress Testing, BASIL II, RWA, FRR -3+ Years of hands-on development experience with OBIEE Reporting and Dashboards -8+ Years of Experience using Oracle Relational Database or Equivalent - Knowledge of PL/SQL, Unix Shell, ETL and Data Warehouse concepts Experience working with Commercial Lending products such as loans and guarantees, market products such as Derivatives and Fixed Income Securities is highly desirable. Must demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills and be able to interface with all levels of business and IT organizations. Experience in with various SDLC methodologies. Education: (Minimum educational requirements, professional qualifications and specific training Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science or equivalent and 5+ years of IT experience IT Jobs in US for (US & Canadian passport holders only).
