"Automation Engineer in Cork, Ireland   Adecco has an excellent opportunity for an Automation Engineer.   Our client is an endorsed partner solutions provider in the field of control automation, MES and electrical control systems. They specialise in engineering and integrating systems with leading makes of PLCs, Drives, SCADA and Instruments.   They are looking for someone experienced in the automation area with an industry background ranging from medical devices, electrical, manufacturing, food & beverage, semiconductor, waste management etc.   The ideal candidate will have a proven record of working on their own initiative. The role may provide the opportunity for national & even international travel to client sites. A key aspect of this position is dealing with client queries in person, over the phone & via email so professional communication skills are essential. Key Requirements: Wonderware IAS / InTouch . Excellent PLC programming/SCADA experience. Rockwell , Factory Talk, Siemens S7/S5 & Allen Bradley applications. Testing, Simulating, Installation Commissioning experience. Individual project management experience Experience in the Preparation of FDS, FAT, SAT documentation.
