The CFO will be responsible for strategic leadership of the financial strategy, structured finance and oversight of accounting and controls for the company. The CFO will lead all aspects of financial planning and reporting, the controller function, accounting, treasury, and tax to ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and regulatory compliance. Working in close collaboration with the President, the CFO is ultimately responsible for the financial viability of the company. Key Accountabilities/Core Job Responsibilities: Works with senior executives to establish financial and strategic goals for the organization, including financing and investment strategies. Responsible for long-range financial planning, policies and accounting practices and procedures. Responsible for all financial aspects of the operations, including internal controls, cash investments, working capital, capital expenditures, and taxes. Develops performance measures that support the company’s strategic direction Understand and mitigate key elements of the company’s risk profile Constructs and monitors reliable control systems Ensures company is in compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. Guarantees that record keeping meets the requirements of auditors and any applicable government agencies. Direct the management of capital requests and budgeting processes. Oversee the company's transaction processing systems Understand and mitigate key elements of the company's financial risk profile Construct and monitor reliable financial control systems Maintain appropriate insurance coverage Monitor cash balances and cash forecasts Oversee debt and equity financing Invest funds   Participate in planning for future Capital expenditures and financing Maintain banking relationships Represent the company in exploring new financing or other relationships   Desired Skills & Experience: Master's degree in accounting or business administration, or equivalent business experience with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field. CPA or Certified Management Accountantor MBA in financing and corporate strategy preferred. 10+ years’ experience as CFO or in similar roles Strong verbal and written communication in Mandarin and English required.
