"Pristine Sun is a leading solar project developer in California with amazing growth over the past year and tremendous development potential! We're recruiting motivated high energy independent sales associates in CA, HI, NC, NJ, MD, MA, CT & RI - reps who can originate quality commercial solar PPA projects. Knowledge of & experience in the solar industry is a plus, strong sales skills are a must. The good news is that we are not selling anything, we're offering clients solar renewable energy at a discount & they will be saving companies millions of dollars on their energy bill so its an easy sell: any non-profit or commercial company is your potential client. We are searching for experienced sales professionals who do not need to be managed on a day to day basis (sales training & ongoing support is provided). This position is not for most people - we have a 100% Commission Structure (6 figure to 7 figure a year potential) + opportunity for advancement. Position Qualifications and responsibilities will include but not be limited to: 1. Establishes new accounts by meeting with potential customers 2. Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the customer & their needs 3. Must be able to powerfully present to executive board level professionals 4. Comprehensive experience selling within the B2B market 5. Strong math and computer skills with proficiency with Microsoft Office 6. Conduct site evaluations for potential clients, rough system design and site photos 7. Analysis of customers' current electrical usage 8. Sale of commercial solar PPA Skills/Qualifications: World class communication & customer service skills Proven Sales experience Negotiation & Closing Skills Self-Confidence & Professionalism Presentation Skills Client Relationships Motivation for Sales Selling to Customer Needs If you worked in real estate, residential solar industry & established good relationships with commercial & non-profit property owners, that would be a huge plus.
