"Chief Executive Officer - Australasia in Brisbane, QLD Australia Experis, the professional and executive sourcing arm of ManpowerGroup, has been engaged to source a business leader of tomorrow. Our client, an international leader in modular residential and commercial construction, has identified the Australia, New Zealand, and Pacific region as their next port of expansion. This business leader will be responsible for executing an innovative business model to streamline success in the region, and coordinate the global business goals across this new arm of the company. Constructing a business development strategy for the region is also paramount; requiring you to bring your knowledge of the industry, and those people in it, to the table. Experis' client has their Head Office located in Dubai, requiring you to be available to travel in order to work in line with, as well as be a part of, the Senior Leadership Team. For your initial training and transition into our client you will be required to spend a period of time in Dubai as well. As a candidate you will have an unsurpassed knowledge of the Construction Industry, potentially bringing this experience from another Senior role (CFO, CEO, COO, GM) or potentially from a background in Business Development presenting a strong network of contacts in the industry. You will have the expertise and proven track record in delivering on business success in a similar organisation, and understand the key fundamentals of the Infrastructure industry. Key Requirements: Bachelor's Degree, preferably with an emphasis on Resources & Infrastructure 15+ years successful Business Management experience 10+ years within the Resources/Infrastructure industry Direct Management experience across large scale projects Desirable Requirements: Master's Degree, preferably in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or Industry Related Multi-Lingual, however not essential.
