"POSITION SUMMARY: - Expand customer base and products offering in global Market. - Directly work with engineering development according to product roadmap and work with project teams to complete awarded programs. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Lead and develop new business as well as supporting exist business in global Market; - Work with regional sale team to develop and implement business growth strategies in global market; - Responsible for pricing /cost structure and Product profit and loss; - Accountable for sale budget set up and Forecast review; - Consolidate product requirements and make product roadmap with team. REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Engineering or related; - With more than six to ten years of Business Development/ Product Marketing/ Project Management related experience; - Good negotiation and presentation skills; - Track financial performance (Revenue, BOM and Profit) by Business Unit cost structure and profit and loss; - Proficiency in English.
