"Now Hiring: Sales Director (Americas) in Houston, TX Job Summary: The primary responsibility of a Sales Director is to meet the quarterly and annual sales target in the handled area. Specific Responsibilities: Directly responsible for the company's direct sales in Americas Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals Assis in hiring and developing sales staff Define and oversee incentive programs which could motivate the sales team to achieve their sales targets Define and coordinate sales training programs that enable staff to achieve their potential and support company sales objectives Exceed customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting Ensure information and data related to customer and prospect interactions are kept in CRM and available for the appropriate people Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company functions Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners and to develop key relationships Required Qualifications: 5 years of experience from sales and sales management. Effective communicator within the management team, prospect and customers Exceptional good oral and written presentation skill Proven record of motivating and managing distributed sales team Preferred Qualifications: Knowledgeable in basic Customer Relationship Management tools such as Dynamic CRM Experience with Microsoft products and non-Microsoft operating systems is a plus.
