We’re currently looking for candidates with extensive experience in CRM/marketing analytics and SAS/SQL. You must be confident in various approaches including churn modelling, customer retention, segmentation, customer life time value modelling and so on. In addition, experience with clients in the telco or retail industries is strongly preferred for this role. While we are looking for candidates who are very ‘hands on’, a key part of the role will be providing consultation to your clients including conducting presentations to internal audiences. As such, experience of client management and conducting debriefs/presentations are both required for the role. This role is with an award winning analytics company with offices in both Asia and the US. While the role is on the agency side, you will usually be based in your client’s offices working on specific projects. Please note, only candidates currently based in Singapore will be considered for this role, due to the fact that local experience is required.
