Business Systems Analyst Job Location: Andover, MA Job Type: Full time Citizenship / Work Authorization: Must be US Citizen or Perm Resident Only Duties/Responsibilities: • Support a business focus on Quality management reporting across processes, including key customer performance reporting, corrective/preventative action (CAPA), manufacturing yield, supplier quality, and SPC program integration. • Work with the business leadership to understand and prioritize the demand for process and solution change toward optimizing value to the business and efficiency in IT delivery. • Effectively manage the IT change control process, gathering the end-user requirements, and communicating IT priorities and delivery status to the business. • Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Customer Service, Operations, Engineering and IT management in the design, development, and deployment of the organization's Oracle 11.5.9 eBusiness Suite, CAPA, and quality management applications. • Knowledge of business processes as they relate to quality management, service depot repair, materials management, procurement and planning for a global supply chain manufacturing organization or similar environment. Qualifications: • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or other 4 year degree focusing on information technology. • Minimum 10 years’ experience in manufacturing, supply chain, and information technology. • EtQ Reliance Quality Management software or equivalent CAPA or QMS software experience. • Oracle Operations and Quality eBusiness suite experience: Customer, supplier, and internal quality reporting, Advanced Supply Chain Planning, Collaborative Planning. VMI (Vendor Management Inventory), Discrete Manufacturing, Inventory Management, iSupplier, Purchasing, Sourcing, APC, Data Collection Plans.
