"We’re now seeking candidates for an AD-Director role in Vietnam, for a fast-growing and successful research agency. With 6-10 years of Quantitative research experience, you’ll have broad exposure to a variety of methodologies and approaches. This would be a fantastic opportunity for a strong AD or Director level candidate who wants to continue their career in Vietnam, or gain exposure to one of the most exciting SEA markets. We are open to candidates based outside of Vietnam, but ideally you will have some experience in another SEA market. In this role, you’ll be responsible for leading a team of Quantitative researchers in servicing a range of client accounts, both local and regional. You’ll provide strategic advice and support for the accounts you lead, while also training, nurturing and growing your own team. You should have strong client management experience with good exposure to all aspect of business development (proposals, pitches etc). If you have broad sector experience this is preferred but is certainly not essential.
