Use your understanding of information systems to assist users with hardware and software related issues. You'll enter a training program that will build your skills in operating systems, proprietary and third party software packages, and enterprise-wide technologies. Previous successful candidates have been promoted into other areas of IT, like deeper technical positions or business analyst roles.
