We are currently searching for an IT Business Analyst to work in SINGAPORE for a 2 years contract role. This is a fantastic contract opportunity for a large multi-national client. The ideal candidate must have the following skills: This candidate will be a member of the Business Applications team focused on systems and processes for the Procurement, Inventory Management modules in PeopleSoft supporting the Operations department. Business analyst will work closely with the functional organizations, other business analysts, application developers, and various business users on defining, documenting, configuring, testing, deploying, supporting and troubleshooting Operations applications and associated systems and processes. This person must have good business/system process knowledge,excellent problem solving ability and good communication skills. As an IT Business Analyst, the candidate will interface with both domestic and international users to identify global business requirements, understand and manage projects and Production support activities •Configure set ups in PeopleSoft to enable new, changed or to fix broken functionality •Prepare techno functional specifications for bug fixes •Trouble shoot process failures, break in functionality, root cause analysis •Create queries and reports •Providing support with testing fixes and changes in test environment prior to production move •Prepare SQL statements to extract data to analyze and support business requests •Trouble shoot and resolve inventory discrepancies issue •Create /Monitor i3 alerts and take necessary actions to remedy the related issues •Support Pick, Pack, Ship, Receive , Drop ship, Inter Unit transfer, Adjustments, Put away, Cycle count process for Singapore warehouse •Support Quality assurance group on applications like PeopleSoft QA hold, wavier •Support customer service team in Orders to Pick Plan issue •Support High jump applications in receiving, put away, pack verify and cycle counting •Support shipping in shipping issue including shipping documents If you are interested in this position, please respond within 24 hours with a short motivation letter and your CV in Word format so MBA can contact you.
