"American Institute of Technology (AIT) is a Leading provider of professional career training; we are a well established truck driving school that prides itself in our dedication to training individuals to be safe and professional truck drivers. Major responsibilities of this position will include: •Responsible for Admission Key Result areas such as; Lead Management, Admission Process, Academic Files, Compliance and Staff Development and Supervision. •Provide overall management, coordination, and oversight to Admission Department. •Direct and manage the day to operations of the Admissions Department in order to achieve departmental and organizational goals. •Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications: •3+ years as Admissions Director or Senior Management level in higher education organization • Experience directing the admissions and/or enrollment efforts of a higher education organization or Retail Management •Experience ensuring compliance with operational procedures, ethical standards, and federal, state and accreditation requirements •Experience with classroom programs •Demonstrated ability to work effectively and collaboratively with management, students, and staff; •Commitment to and experience working with diverse groups of people; •Experience with planning, evaluating data, generating reports, and assessing and evaluating activities including but not limited to budgets, facilities, and programming; •Demonstrated ability to supervise, motivate and evaluate staff; •Strong organizational skills, written and oral, and interpersonal communication skills. •Record of a strong work ethic and a demonstrated ability to work independently"
