"The SFP Manager will ensure the long- and short-term sales forecasts according to the Company’s standards Main responsibilities • Preparation of long- and short-term sales forecasts according to the Company’s standards & procedures including forecasting of total market development and different splits by market segments & brands • Constant short-term forecast updates on weekly basis • Fulfilment of KPIs on forecasting accuracy • Collation, management of and reporting on different types of sales & stocks data; • Monitoring and reporting of market retail pricing; • Development & support of different types of econometric models • Facilitating sales planning meetings • Management team of 2 employees Requirements • Higher education in economics or statistics; • Experience in forecasting in FMCG business with several brands / SKUs and nationwide customer base / distribution setup; • High level of computer skills (particularly Excel and SPSS); ability to communicate complex data; • Fluent English; native Russian & Ukrainian; • Highly numerate person with excellent analytical skills; • Cooperative, team player who must be able to work cross functionally with Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing and Supply Chain; must be comfortable dealing with managers at all levels throughout the organisation; • Energetic person willing to challenge and jump into the issues (previous experience in change management would be beneficial).
