Job Responsibilities • Lead web site content team to create, write, edit and upload the web-content • Prepare the monthly/weekly content plan to achieve business targets regarding the number of daily visitors and traffic hits • Identify content gaps and direct content team to work on them • Write articles & edit content team outputs to ensure reliable content making. • Open, monitor and manage discussion forums to ensure healthy discussions and visitors engagement • Manage daily activities and online surveys on the web site to identify and satisfy visitors needs • Interface with all content sources including professionals, external sources and institutions.
