"Contract Manager Location: London Travel: UK mainly and some international Package: Salary + 20% bonus, car, health, pension + more An interesting and rare opportunity has become available for an experienced Contracts Manager to take ownership for the financial performance, service delivery and account growth of a large, complex outsourced IT & Telecoms infrastructure contract. You will act as the primary customer interface, leading a virtual matrix team consisting of Service Management, Project Delivery, Technical Operations, Product and Commercial teams. Working for a global brand and top IT & Communications Provider, the position is offered on a permanent basis with a competitive basic salary (depending on experience) + 20% bonus, car allowance and corporate benefits. The role holder will have full P&L ownership, responsible for the strategic financial success and profitability of the overall contract. You will ensure governance is in place and managed, both internally and externally, chairing commercial review meetings, quarterly and annual executive meetings and being involved in service review meetings if necessary. As the primary customer interface you will own the relationship with key stakeholders, being the point of escalation for the virtual matrix team where needed. Key responsibilities: * Manage the account profitability whilst ensuring contractual commitments are addressed * Lead the virtual commercial and service delivery team * Grow the contract profitability and scope over the full lifecycle * Manage the governance both internally and externally * To manage moves, adds and changes to customer solution / deviation of contract * To ensure that all internal processes are followed smoothly * Act as single point of contact for commercial and business queries or requests * To deliver accurate and timely reporting as required The ideal candidate will have demonstrable previous experience within a commercial, contractual and business focused role, ideally working for an IT outsourcer, BPO, consultancy, system integrator, telecommunications service provider, operator, ISP, carrier or similar technology based organisation. Candidates must have sound skills in managing complex contracts and accounts, excellent business case and financial risk management knowledge, natural leadership and virtual team management skills, sharp presentation and negotiation skills. It is essential that candidates possess strategic vision, creative ability and project management skills.
