A fast-paced, dynamic, team-oriented company, we’re looking for the best in the field for our state-of-the-art facility in Manchester, CT. We are currently looking for a Program Manager to join our team! Responsibilities:                   Develop relationships and work as program manager with customers and prospect The goal is for the customer to want to give us the work Develop new relationships from new companies Provide internal leadership within both the project team and the company as a whole Respond to fulfill customer requests in a very responsive timely manner Travel to prospects/ customers facility for meetings, mold samples etc. Generate quotes and estimates for tooling Actively participate in ongoing, company-wide improvement efforts Proactively notify management of any problems or delays that will impact the company’s ability to support established goals Comply with established company practices, policies and documented procedures Required Skills/Knowledge: Excellent oral and written communication skills  Knowledge of the methods in 2D and 3D mold design and tooling making Comfortable in situations requiring persistence in the pursuit of new business Ability to understand both 2D and 3D representations of customers’ products and provide design feedback and advise Utilization of personal computers in a networked environment including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project etc.) Problem solving experience and skill Excellent planning and organizational skills If interested, please contact: Vicky Meacham Staffing Coordinator Ph: 860-783-5028 vmeacham@advancemold.com http://bull.hn/l/ZVGB/6"
