Pharmacist / Pharm D / PharmD / BS Pharmacy Full time M-F 7AM-7PM, Rotating Saturdays every 4-5 weeks Pharmacist Job Description Verifying prescriptions written by physicians Calling for clarification on prescriptions Overseeing Pharmacy Technicians to make sure that labeling is correct on medications Taking some phone calls from members and patients, answering questions they may have about their mediations Assisting Pharmacy Technicians with questions or matters they are not trained in Pharmacist / PharmD will be responsible for dispensing prescriptions and coordinating clinical services for mail order patients Pharmacist will perform data analysis Pharmacist will serve as the primary clinical resource Pharmacist Job Requirements: Clinical Pharmacist with experience in medication review, patient counseling, and identification of drug related problems Pharmacist / PharmD must have outstanding written and communication skills required Pharmacist must have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail necessary Experience with Microsoft applications required Pharmacist Education: PharmD required State pharmacy license required Registered Pharmacist in the State of Texas   http://bull.hn/l/ZWD4/2"
