"Looking for a German Speaking Functional Analyst in London, United Kingdom The Functional Analyst is responsible for supporting and managing to effective and efficient use of the IQNavigator solution; to facilitate VMS & MSP processes, and manage compliance with the contingent workforce management program defined by the client and IQNavigator.  Key Responsibilities: Provide functional analysis to client programs by evaluating customer business; understand the goals of the program, and making system recommendations based on knowledge of IQN’s capabilities. Responsible for maintaining system configurations; recommend system enhancements to the client, field and account team(s) to enable process efficiencies and reduce manual efforts. Provide system subject matter expertise to various client support personnel within designated service delivery team(s). Provide functional troubleshooting, working closely with Tier2/Tier3 on system issues requiring client background and understanding of customer specific use cases. Responsible for monitoring incident & enhancements related to client and managing testing process regarding customer enhancements. Serve as primary point of contact and liaison for the account management team and all IQN cross functional teams. Responsible for integration management & troubleshooting (time feeds, invoices, user files, active contractor files, etc.). Involved in SLA tracking & monitoring. Troubleshoot reporting issues and if necessary assist with complex report creation. Experience Candidates must have system experience and a strong aptitude for system triage, analysis and technical problem solving, plus: Prior client operations support or client-interfacing experience preferred. German language is required SQL, Excel Macros (VBA) or any other programming experience preferred. Ability to translate the customer’s description of an issue into IQNavigator system terminology. Candidate will need to possess the following characteristics: Project coordination skills Ability to absorb technology and learn new programs quickly, previous experience with application support is preferred. Ability to remain positive in difficult situations. Attentive to details, highly organized, and have ability to meet deadlines and multi-task while working in a fast paced environment. Critical thinker, problem solver, detail oriented. Ability to communicate professionally through written and verbal correspondence. Dependable, flexible, and a strong work ethic are required. Exercise independent thinking, judgment, and discretion but must have ability to work as part of a team.
