The ideal individual excels at showing initiative and wearing multiple hats as required in an entrepreneurial environment. Background in consumer lending, finance, or insurance is ideal. Primary directives are to support the sales and operations functions of the company. Main Duties: Sales Support: ● Coordinate sales events (including coordinating invitations and travel, event planning). ● Produce reports for sales partners. ● Modify sales presentations as needed. ● Potential to grow into a backup salesperson with the ability to conduct webex presentations about our product. ● Basic contract preparation including review and modification of contracts. ● Preparing a deliverable package for review by customer. ● Coordinate timely follow up of sales opportunities. ● Research and compile lead lists. Operations Support: ● Coordinate travel of CEO, senior management and sales team. ● Maintain the corporate books, including the stock register and minutes from board meetings. Skills: Minimum of 5 years of experience preferred. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Required experience in Salesforce (Use and administration) Intermediate to advanced experience in MS Office products required, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint Start-up experience preferred. Experience in finance or consumer lending (auto, credit, student lending) preferred. Previous experience supporting sales preferred.
