Group: Current Openings Subject: Urgently Hiring for Head Legal - Leading MNC into Financial Sector Sunil Malekar posted a job: Urgently Hiring for Head Legal - Leading MNC into Financial Sector "Head Legal - Leading MNC into Financial Sector Profile : Would be heading the Legal Dept Pan India and responsible for litigation management (both civil and Criminal), Contracts Management and Advisory Services. The Legal head is an in-house expert who strategizes and executes on all the legal related issues and provides active inputs to Management on all the legal aspects. The person will have a team assisting him for enabling the above. The candidate needs to have a very good and sharp legal acumen. Besides functional expertise the candidate is expected to have good managerial skills in managing and grooming people and high level of interpersonal skills. Duties: 1. Litigation management end to end. Strategizing for reducing the litigation, working with other teams for reduction and prevention of litigation. 2. Documentation management (Drafting/ Vetting of Contracts including Policy documents, etc) 3. Providing advisory services to management on all legal related issues. 4. Managing and grooming of team. Qualification : LLB with 12 to 15 years experience, CA/LLM would be preferred Good written and oral communication skills. Managing and motivating the team to achieve optimal results. ability to develop and grow the team. Having a positive approach towards work and ability to withstand pressure and think on the feet.
