Westhouse today ranks among the leading IT service providers operating on an international scale.   OUR CLIENT, a well-known and global acting American company is currently seeking for his branch in Slovakia a highly motivated and business oriented Salesforce Technical Lead (m/f) TASKS •Build new technology platform based on Salesforce.com •Lead a team of developers, be a technical guarantee of the proposed and delivered solution •Responsible for the full systems lifecycle from requirements gathering through implementation of IT solutions •Work closely with clients and must demonstrate individual functional and  technical knowledge of out of the box as well as customization capabilities in Salesforce.com to ensure work products and deliverables are of the highest caliber •Apply project management expertise to identify, develop and implement techniques to improve engagement productivity, increase efficiencies, mitigate risks, resolve issues and optimize cost savings for clients •Prepare estimates based on provided inputs (client requirements, analysis) •Ensure that all project deliverables are completed on time and within budget •Provides Leadership and Contributes to the Salesforce.com user/developer communities on a regular basis REQUIREMENTS •Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Computer Science) •A minimum of 2 years in a Delivery role leading a team of developers working on client facing engagements •A minimum of 5 years’ experience with full cycle IT project implementations (at least 2 years with Salesforce.com) •Familiar with Cloud Computing and SaaS concepts and how to conduct requirement gathering sessions with respect to Salesforce technologies •Strong technical foundation including: APEX, Force.com, Visualforce.com pages, Java, understanding of relational database concepts and structures, knowledge of SQL, XML, structured system analysis and design methods, etc. •Demonstrates successful implementation of Batch Apex and/or Schedule Apex development •Understands complex ETL and data migration practices and has performed at least 1 complex data migration to Salesforce.com •Ability to build integration and interfaces using Salesforce Web Services API •A proven resource in defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines •Good knowledge of Salesforce recommended best practice around design and development •Familiar with estimating principles •Extensive experience working in an onsite/offshore model •Excellent analytical and problem solving skills •Excellent verbal and written communicatio... http://bull.hn/l/115UL/"
