Company Profile: It is a National Sales Company (Services Partner) to Nissan Motor India Pvt. Ltd. The Company operates the Sales, Service, Parts, Marketing & Dealer Development functions in the Indian Market for Nissan range of products. Which belongs to a 27year old group company with a turnover of 800 crore involved in several distinct service-oriented businesses major in Automobile industry. The group is a market leader in the Automotive Retailing business and also has diverse business interests which includes Car Rental, Power Generation, Construction, Insurance broking and Signage's. JD is Below this mail Designation: - Regional Manager - Sales Experience: - Minimum 12-20years of experience QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & TRAINING · University Graduate preferably with a postgraduate degree or diploma in Business Management. · Exposure in sales preferably in Dealer sales in automobiles (Some experience in direct & Retail sales will be an advantage) · Exposure in handling sales team with a large number sales people reporting to him through junior supervisory and managerial staff. · Working knowledge of accounting, general administration & HR related matters. · Skills, experience & knowledge of modern business methods and controls. LIMIT OF AUTHORITY · Capital Expenditure: Limited only by resources, group policies from time to time & budgetary provision. · Personnel: Should work in conjunction with respective divisional heads like CEO and also to work closely with the HR manager. · Operational: Authorized to operate the Department to meet sales requirements and expectations within the budgeted norms. MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB · To ensure maximum efficiency and profitability of the Department whilst giving a high level of customer satisfaction. · To maximize sales potential of the assigned Department, commensurate with budgetary profit requirements. · To maximize Organisation’s profitability through the sales of vehicles. · To create and project an image both within the organisation and outside as a top class professional company with a total customer satisfaction as its main objective. · To help and co-operate with the divisional heads in order to achieve the overall organizational objective.
