We are also seeking a Commercial lawyer to provide support to the Defence Aerospace and Naval Marine businesses. This position will involve joining a team providing support across a broad spectrum of commercial legal issues on a global basis including cross-border contracts, major project work, technology development, joint ventures, strategic sourcing and dispute resolution. Applicants will possess significant relevant experience from a strong private practice or in-house background in a common law jurisdiction. You will be commercially orientated with the ability to communicate across all levels of the business.
