View company name and apply directly at: http://bit.ly/klBAuk Job Description: The Analyst will play an active role in the investment process with the opportunity to work directly with Principals, Directors, Vice Presidents and Associates on all aspects of real estate investing, including acquisitions, asset management, dispositions and investor relations. Primary responsibilities include: •Supporting senior management with all analytical and transactional aspects of acquiring, asset managing and selling an investment, including due diligence, market research, financing, closing and preparing leasing, operating and capital analyses. •Monitoring, analyzing and reporting on the financial performance of investments and communicating with operating partners and property managers about the execution of business plans. •Preparing sophisticated cash flow models for underwriting investment opportunities and reporting to senior management on the viability of potential acquisitions. •Preparing detailed investment memoranda for investment committee presentations. •Interfacing with joint-venture partners, lenders and the brokerage community. Qualifications: •0 – 1 years of experience. •Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills. •Ability to manage multiples tasks and meet strict deadlines. •Team player with the ability to work independently and under pressure in an entrepreneurial environment. •Strong written and verbal communication skills. •Proficiency with Excel. •Undergraduate degree with minimum GPA of 3.5. •Extremely motivated to learn about the real estate industry."
