View company name and apply directly at: http://bit.ly/pykuNr Job Description: Playing a pivotal role in supporting the firm’s growth, Regional Sales Managers support the Regional Directors in executing strategic plans that result in the successful sale of our product offerings. Regional Sales Managers are responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with Executive and C-level (for both new and existing clients) personnel at health systems. The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for new sales and cross-selling processes for new and existing clients. This role is ideal for entrepreneurial individuals who have experience in sales management and are interested in learning how to grow a business. In addition, the candidate has a strong track record of building critical relationships and in influencing decision makers. Strong written and oral communication skills are a must. Specific responsibilities: •Segment, prospect and develop new client base within a defined territory •Establish relationships with senior executives in the healthcare community •Present to senior healthcare executives and effectively communicate our offerings •Negotiate contracts with senior management •Cross-sell and up-sell existing client relationships •Provide market feedback to the product and marketing department for future product development •Meet quarterly and annual revenue goals through management of a sales pipeline •Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitors and market opportunities •Work closely with account managers and operations personnel to launch new clients or product offerings •Work successfully independently and as part of a professional team Basic Qualifications: •Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university •Must possess a minimum of four years of work experience, preferably in a client facing role •At least two years of experience in the healthcare services industry strongly preferred. Financial services a plus. •Must have experience in the following areas: oSales experience oProven ability to meet and exceed goals oStrong listening and communication skills oUnderstands and incorporates feedback well oDemonstrates strong problem solving skills oWell organized and pays attention to details oAbility to conduct presentations and facilitate group discussions oProven negotiation and persuasion skills (with emphasis on closing sales) oEnjoy traveling domestically at least 50% Ideal Qualifications: •Services-based sales experience •A minimum of 3 years of verifiable over quota performance •Ability to understand complex issues and communicate them to others •Strong ability to position products, adjust messaging and generate new ideas •A healthy but balanced sense of competition •Thrives on interaction with people and is empathetic •Ability to demonstrate and communicate the ROI of a membership/product/service •Experience managing processes and people •Experience in consultative solution sales •Experience in working and managing channel partners"
