Specific tasks include, but are not limited to financial analysis, valuation of target companies, supporting due diligence processes, and analyzing merger initiatives within our existing markets. A high proficiency and expertise in building detailed financial models, constructing presentations, and the ability to present and communicate work effectively to key constituents including the senior management team are required. The ideal candidate is a quick learner who, after a short ramp up period, is not in need of step-by-step instructions. This candidate will gain invaluable buyside M&A experience within the healthcare industry while working within an operating company with a thriving entrepreneurial culture. This dynamic role is ideal for a pre-MBA candidate interested in the healthcare services industry who is seeking to leverage his/her strong analytic and communication skills into a principal investing position. This position will report to the Director of Corporate Development. The ideal candidate will be a graduate from top-tier institution with 2-3 years of work experience ideally in a top investment bank. Seeking a candidate possessing outstanding analytical skills, interpersonal and communication skills, detail-oriented, highly motivated, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Prior experience in healthcare is a plus but certainly not required."
