"Report Writer (Business Intelligence Analyst) Scope of Work/Deliverables Expected: Serve as a technical report writer for the electronic patient record project team (projectONE) as a representative of the Informatics Business Intelligence team. The client requests a resource with the ability to complete data modeling, abstraction and translation of data in to reports primarily utilizing the Allscripts Enterprise Health Record and Practice Management databases. The team member would assist the clinically trained Informaticist and key stakeholders to serve the data needs of the organization. The report writer roles for the project would include: Analyze, design, develop, test, implement custom reports Create custom reports for clinical and practice management systems at the individual practice level as well as the enterprise level. Consult with users, providers, management and other personnel to define new reports and enhance and diagnose existing reports Skill Sets Required: T-SQL Programming in a Microsoft SQL environment. Development using Business Intelligence Development Studio (BIDS) and including Reporting and Analysis services. Knowledge of the Allscripts Practice Management and Allscripts Enterprise Health Record database structures. Expertise in Crystal Report Writing. Knowledge of Allscripts Analytics or other Enterprise Reporting / Quality Reporting tools is beneficial. Knowledge of industry standard vocabulary standards"
