The core purpose of the role will be the management of onsite construction project works ensuring compliance with the companies objectives and planned strategies. From planning to implementation, accurately documenting and coordinating the execution of specific projects ensuring optimal conditions and building standards within predetermined specifications. Responsibilities Provides leadership and encourage a proactive work environment Develop and maintain productive relationship life cycle Responsible and accountable site H&S Overall accountability for the efficient and profitable execution of the project Scoping and design to concept level changes Personnel and associated administration Executes projects in accordance with contract and Resource and Production Plans Safety, Cost, Productivity, Schedule, and QA/QC Ensure contract management Participate in negotiation of contracts, change management and claims Update and maintain the system of internal controls External reporting requirements for the processes which are in their area of responsibility Resource and revenue forecasting, budgets and cost reporting - ensuring accuracy and timeliness of reports Provide leadership in quality performance and ensure due diligence in client and regulatory compliance Provide input and direction into bid strategy, including completion of bid reviews, approval and signoff as required Provide input, review, consultation to estimating for input to bids related to site works Qualifications Minimum 5-10 years project management experience in construction Ideally working with major projects in the GCC and ideally but not essentially Arabic speaking Civil engineering degree Demonstrable ability to build and maintain effective client relationships Strong leadership, coaching and mentoring skills; Strong organizational skills, including time management, delegation & prioritization skills Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills; Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; Computer skills including working knowledge of common software applications; Knows and understands construction scope and objectives; Experience reading drawings and/or interpreting specifications; Knowledge of scheduling and planning Only applicants that match the following experience will be considered Minimum 10 years construction project management experience Significant factory, cold stores and logistics hub construction experience Experience of housing blocks and offices is also desirable Designs experience from inception to scope to delivery and final handover Computer literate, able to detail accurate reports and use project software Almarai offers an excellent tax free package which includes a competitive salary, performance bonus, free accommodation, company car, medical cover, return flights To apply ,please click on the following link: http://www.chinchinjobs.com/senior-project-manager-construction-ksa-1057"
