The position would report into a BD Leader for a particular Vertical ( Manufacturing / Hi-tech / Healthcare / CPG / Pharma ) etc and would be working under the supervision of the same in driving business growth focussed on any one vertical . Key aspects of the role would be :- •Build market connects and networks •Develop Genpact ‘s market positioning working as a co owner of the go-to-market strategy for the assigned Vertical along with Vertical BD & Business Leader •Drive growth through new logo acquisitions •Sell effectively the right products at the customer which benefits them while compliments our strategy on growth Knowledge , Experience , Education •Post graduate/MBA degree from a premier school •Fortune 500 company experience ( 3 – 7 years) •Global Exposure ( Desirable) Competencies ( Essential ) •Energy/Hunger for Growth •Intellectual ability to understand the gamut of products / services we offer / the market space. •Global experience •Commercial Savvy •Excellent communication and executive presence to connect at CXO level •Ability to influence multiple internal stakeholders •Ability to built deep client partnerships •Ability to work in cross functional teams •Ability to work in an ambiguous environment •Ability to work in a multicultural environment"
