Assist in the administration of the performance management process, including providing administrator support of the performance management system, responding to employee questions and assisting with system training. 2. Work with the Benefits Administrator and provide support in all aspects of benefits administration including answering employee inquiries, auditing payroll deductions, assisting with open enrollment, developing communications, conducting presentations, and implementing company-wide benefit changes and/or new programs. 3. Support the 401(k) Plan Administrator with the overall administration of the plan, including auditing reports, scheduling training sessions, developing communications and being a resource for employees. 4. Assist in organizational training and development efforts, including administration of the Learning Management System (LMS), coordination of training sessions, monitoring participation and ensuring compliance for required courses. 5. Participate in the development and administration of employee wellness initiatives, including being a member of the wellness committee, organizing events, assisting with presentations, maintaining intranet site and developing and analyzing metrics. 6. Help maintain data for all HR systems utilized by the department (Ceridian, SuccessFactors, GeoLearning, Taleo, bSwift) by doing general data entry and scanning of documents into the systems. 7. Responsible for being the backup to the Human Resources Coordinator and Human Resources Assistant during any absences. Coverage includes duties related to data entry, coordinating and scheduling meetings, conducting new hire orientation, processing paperwork and providing other administrative support to the Senior Vice President of HR and the HR team. Requirements: 1. BS/BA degree in Human Resources or related field. 2. 3-5 years of HR experience with an understanding of employment laws and HR regulations. 3. Previous experience in HR communication, performance management and employee benefits administration. 4. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. 5. Extremely detail-oriented, proactive and organized. 6. Self-directed, professional and excellent interpersonal skills. 7. Ability to partner, influence and work effectively will all levels of the organization. 8. Ability to work effectively in a team environment"
