View company name and apply directly at: http://bit.ly/ph2CoB Job Description: The position is part of a centralized resource team responsible for providing a variety of services to International field sales representatives, sales managers, architects and distributors. As the internal liaison for this customer base, the position requires exceptional customer service and strong problem solving skills while ensuring diplomacy and good judgment are a part of every solution. Examples of a Sales Representative’s daily functions are: Developing sound relationships with International sales channels. Tracking major projects in key markets and following up with sales contacts. Reviewing architectural drawings and issuing quotations. Assisting in the pricing effort and competitor analysis. Identifying areas for process improvements, computer system enhancements. Responding to customer information requests. Developing product knowledge and responding to technical inquiries. Gathering and presenting training materials to other employees in the department and visiting distributors. Job Requirements (include, but are not limited to): Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Experience in International Exports and Customer Service strongly preferred Foreign language skills and knowledge of foreign cultures strongly preferred Demonstrated ability to effectively lead others (e.g. prior work experience, extracurricular activities, community programs, etc) Strong critical-thinking skills, including experience working on complex problems that require quantitative analysis Communicates clearly and persuasively both orally and in written forms Demonstrated exceptional aptitude in the area of decision-making Effectively use Microsoft Office software programs, with a minimum word processing speed of 45 wpm"
