The Associate will also support the firm’s investor relations and fundraising efforts. Qualifications: - At least two years of investment banking experience at a top-tier financial institution, preferably in M&A or an industry group, and no more than five years of total work experience - Strong academic performance from a top-tier university – candidates must have a GPA of at least 3.33/4.00 - Excellent financial, modeling, and analytical skills - Excellent oral and written communication skills - A high degree of intellectual curiosity - A desire to become a well-rounded, agile investor capable of finding value across industries and asset classes - Private equity experience is helpful, but not required"
