The HR Business Partner must be highly promotable to Director, VP, SVP and one day an Executive leadership role. One day, you may have an opportunity to move to bigger jobs in Australia, APAC, Europe, and North America. We will target hi-performers that show consistent career progressions (i.e., HR Business Partners, HR Managers, Senior Managers, Associate Directors & Directors) from only MULTINATIONAL CORPORATIONS.
